We are a 100% homemade gluten-free bakery in Runcorn – we offer a selection of cakes, pastries, cookies and other delicious treats.

 

 

"I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2016 and have always found that it is not easy to find gluten-free food around and when we moved up here to Ellesmere port in 2019 we realized that there is nowhere around to get a pastry or cake.

I have always loved being in the kitchen so my partner and I decided to open our own business and we are constantly working on different recipes and finding a solution to help others by offering a different range of food”.

 

“We are a couple that just wants to help others after seeing that coeliac disease is not taken seriously and we want to offer people a chance to eat out and not worry about cooking without being scared of cross-contamination and enjoy our food”.
