Ingredients:
• 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
Instructions:
